About the Role
In this Corporate Sales role at Truefit HR Solutions, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and market intelligence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools.
