About the Role

As a frontend intern at TrueFoundry, you’ll dive into building the user‑facing layer of a cutting‑edge AI infrastructure platform. Your daily work will involve translating product wireframes into responsive React components, integrating with RESTful APIs that power AI routing and orchestration, and ensuring the UI remains fast and accessible across devices.

You’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers and product designers to iterate on dashboards that expose complex AI workflows to developers. The role demands a mix of clean code practices, performance tuning, and a keen eye for UX details, all while learning how AI models are managed in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement reusable React components and hooks that interact with the AI Gateway’s REST endpoints.
• Design and maintain responsive layouts using TailwindCSS, ensuring consistent look‑and‑feel across browsers.
• Collaborate with backend teams to translate API contracts into TypeScript interfaces and fetch logic.
• Optimize bundle size and load times by applying code‑splitting, lazy loading, and tree‑shaking techniques.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to align with agile delivery cycles.
• Write unit and integration tests with Jest and React Testing Library to guarantee component reliability.
• Document component usage and design decisions in a shared knowledge base for future developers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a B.E./B.Tech program with a focus on Computer Science or related field.
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands‑on experience building small web projects.
• Familiarity with React.js (or a comparable framework) and Next.js for server‑side rendering.
• Experience using Git for version control and collaboration on GitHub repositories.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON payloads, and asynchronous data fetching.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
• Willingness to learn about AI/ML concepts, Kubernetes, and compliance frameworks as they relate to the platform.

What You’ll Learn
