DevOps Engineer

About the Role

A DevOps Engineer at Twixor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our software systems, from deployment to maintenance. This involves managing infrastructure, deploying applications, and maintaining system reliability using modern DevOps practices.

This role requires strong experience in containerization, database management, and CI/CD tools, as well as a good understanding of Ubuntu/Linux administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage applications using Docker containers.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Install, configure, and maintain databases such as MongoDB and MySQL.
• Manage and maintain Ubuntu/Linux servers.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Docker and container-based deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience managing MongoDB and MySQL databases.
• Good knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux administration.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
