Responsibilities

As part of the Graduate Talent Program (GTP) / GOTO Grad Program within Group Data Management Office (GDMO), you will:

• Learn data management concepts such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Taxonomies etc.
• Understand, document and optimize how business divisions and functions across the bank govern their critical data in line with firm’s data management framework.
• Analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and observations.
• Understand business requirements and partner with SMEs, Product Owners to advise solutions.
• Establish strong working relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders across UBS.
