About the Role

As a Pre-sales Executive at UniAcco, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers seeking accommodation solutions across various international destinations. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with incoming leads, understand their needs, and provide initial guidance on UniAcco's global accommodation options.

Working with international shift timings, you will be required to maintain high responsiveness and deliver an excellent first-touch customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their accommodation needs.
  • Identify potential customers, gather relevant details, and qualify leads for further property consultation.
  • Provide initial guidance on UniAcco's global accommodation options across the UK, Australia, the USA, and other destinations.
  • Schedule property consultations and ensure smooth handovers to the property sales team.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to reduce lead drop-off and improve engagement rates.
  • Ensure timely communication and capture all lead information accurately in the CRM.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Negotiation skills to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and address customer concerns.
  • Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) to communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam (spoken) to cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools.
