About the Role

Responsibilities
- Acquire new leads, identify potential customers, and close sales.
- Facilitate students in finding affordable, convenient, and secure rooms, and maintain continuous correspondence.
- Ensure a comprehensive sales process to maximize customer conversion.
- Maintain all communication channels with customers for a smooth journey.
- Address student queries promptly and effectively.
- Communicate with property managers in the UK, US, and Australia to enhance company services.
What You'll Need
- Negotiation skills.
- English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective sales and communication skills.
