About the Role
In this role as a Customer Support Education Counsellor at Unilife Abroad Career Solutions, you will be the primary point of contact for students seeking education abroad. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to queries, providing guidance on course selection, and building relationships with students and their families.
You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide support to the marketing team in creating engaging content for social media and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on various courses, universities, and study abroad programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and provide support in converting them into customers.
- Assist in creating and editing content for social media, email marketing, and other marketing materials.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge on new courses, universities, and study abroad programs.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in a related field such as education, marketing, or business).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in education or sales).
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
