Associate Analyst - Aeronautical Data

About the Role

This role as an Associate Analyst - Aeronautical Data is a critical component in supporting the worldwide daily operation and future flight schedules. You will be responsible for reviewing, extracting, and processing aeronautical data, airport data, and aircraft data to ensure the safe and efficient operation of United's global flights.

As a key member of the Network Operations team, you will act as the central point of contact for review, monitoring, and extraction of pertinent Aviation Aeronautical data for Dispatch related to Aeronautical Publications, Circulars, Supplements, NOTAMs, and Aeronautical Flight Publications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, extract, and process aeronautical data, airport data, and aircraft data to support worldwide operations, charter operations, and dispatch operations.
• Generate and provide aeronautical briefings to ensure Dispatch staff is fully apprised of relevant aeronautical changes.
• Assist Staff Chiefs and Chiefs in database audit and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external agencies to ensure mission success.
• Process and maintain accurate records of aeronautical data and airport capabilities.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of United's global flights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest aeronautical data, airport, and airspace systems to support worldwide operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Any Engineering Sciences.
• 0-2 years in aeronautical data management.
• 2 years in data analytics or related coursework.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of aeronautical data, airport, and airspace systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship.
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
