About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in claims processing or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks
• Research skills and ability to analyze data
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
