About the Role

This Data Analytics - Internal Audit role at Universal Sompo General Insurance involves analyzing data to identify potential risks and areas of improvement within the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data analytics models to identify trends and patterns in financial and operational data.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential risks to the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective controls and governance processes.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance through data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
• Knowledge of internal audit principles and risk management frameworks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
