About the Role
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Your primary focus will be on managing accounts, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain the company's books of account and provide timely financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's books of account, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Track and manage expenses, including vendor invoices, employee expenses, and other financial transactions.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to the management team, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Zoho Books, including customer information, vendor details, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Zoho Books certification or experience with similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
