AR Calling

About the Role

In this AR Calling role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients to resolve outstanding accounts receivable (AR) issues. This involves making outbound calls to customers to collect payments, respond to inquiries, and resolve disputes. You will work closely with the AR team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of AR matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients to collect payments and resolve AR issues
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with the AR team to ensure accurate and timely resolution of AR matters
• Utilize AR software and tools, such as Denials, UB04, and RCM, to manage and resolve AR issues
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and AR activity
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong English fluency, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic knowledge of AR software and tools, such as Denials, UB04, and RCM
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, finance, or related field a plus
• Certifications in AR, customer service, or related field a plus
