About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer demand to inform production and inventory decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.

• Manage inventory levels and optimize stockroom operations to minimize waste and excess inventory.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on demand trends and supply chain performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with demand planning software.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
