Hindi Telecaller

About the Role

As a Hindi Telecaller at Vaid Aushadhi Ayurveda, you will be responsible for making and receiving phone calls in Hindi, interacting with customers to understand their queries and concerns related to healthcare products, and providing them with accurate information and support.

This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, and your role will be crucial in building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive phone calls in Hindi to interact with customers and respond to their queries.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding healthcare products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Meet or exceed daily call targets and sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.
• Knowledge of healthcare products and services is a plus.
