Telecallers - Punjabi & Hindi

About the Role

As a Telecaller at Varaha Consulting, you will be responsible for communicating with farmers over the phone, following a set standard operating procedure (SOP). This involves reviewing project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff, verifying the accuracy and completeness of the evidence, and identifying any discrepancies or errors.

You will also maintain a log of validation findings, communicate issues to the respective field teams, and share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email.

Key Responsibilities

• Talk to farmers over the phone based on the provided SOP.
• Access and review project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff against defined project requirements.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of photographic evidence captured in the field.
• Identify and flag discrepancies, errors, or missing data in submitted records.
• Maintain a log of validation findings and ensure timely communication of issues to the respective field teams.
• Share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt resolution and resubmission of corrected evidence.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: Anything above 12th is acceptable, but a graduate degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of agriculture practices, especially AWD is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with farmers and rural stakeholders.
• Prior experience is preferred.
• Language Requirements: Must be a local candidate who can fluently speak and understand the local district/state language. Proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi is preferable.
