About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative at Varda HR, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving their problems, and providing them with accurate and helpful information. You will also work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products or services.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records as necessary.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Communications, or a related field).
- 0-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required).
