About the Role
As a Customer Service Executive in the Telecom Process, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary goal will be to address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, services, and billing
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed
- Document customer interactions and issues in CRM software
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience in a call center or retail environment (desirable)
- Certification in customer service or a related field (desirable)
