About the Role
As a Customer Service Executive in our International BPO team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to clients across the globe. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat.
Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be required to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and meet customer needs.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring high levels of customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Communications, or a related field).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- International call center or BPO experience is a plus, but not required.
