About the Role

Join our growing team as a Business Development Executive and kick-start your career in international B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving individual sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable service solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with the internal sales and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

  • Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
  • Willing to work in the US Shift from the Hyderabad office
