About the Role
As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Vastika Inc, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that integrate with contact center architectures and telephony systems. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Google's GECX suite, Dialogflow CX, and Vertex AI to build virtual agents and fine-tune large language models (LLMs). Your primary goal will be to enhance the customer experience through AI-driven automation and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions that integrate with contact center architectures and telephony systems.
- Work with Google's GECX suite, specifically Dialogflow CX, Agent Builder, Agent Assist, and Vertex AI to build virtual agents and fine-tune LLMs.
- Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using Google Cloud services such as Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered customer service solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones.
- Contribute to the development of agentic platforms and virtual agent deployments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud services, including Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
- Strong working knowledge of contact center architectures, voice integration, and CCaaS/Telephony Domain.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and advanced prompt engineering.
- Good understanding of agentic platforms and virtual agent deployments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud computing are a plus.
