About the Role
As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service. Your primary goal will be to improve customer satisfaction and retention by effectively resolving issues and providing timely support.
You will work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer complaints. Your day-to-day tasks will involve making phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to resolve their queries and address concerns.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer complaints.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily call targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality.
