About the Role

This role involves working as an AR Caller Trainee, specifically handling US Process (Healthcare) related tasks. You will be part of the Medical Billing department and work on night shifts, interacting with clients and resolving queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from clients related to medical billing
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance targets and achieve business objectives
• Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate degree (including 2026 pass-outs)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong oral communication and listening skills
• Good analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work on night shifts (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM)
• Ability to adapt to the organization's culture and work environment
• International voice process background (preferable)
• 0-1 year of experience in BPO (Domestic & International)
