Junior Telecaller

About the Role

A Junior Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to interact with customers, generate leads, provide information about products or services, resolve customer queries, and support sales and customer service activities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Promote company products and services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or services.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
