About the Role
This role as a People Data Analyst Intern at Ventra Health is ideal for a highly motivated graduate fresher with strong analytical and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of MS Excel, computer applications, and data management processes, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data management processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
- Develop and maintain reports using MS Excel, providing insights to the business.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to identify data issues and drive resolution.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of data insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, data management).
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
