Customer Relations Officer

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions. This involves effective communication, active listening, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products offered by Vetina Healthcare LLP. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor information to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to their needs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
