About the Role
This role is perfect for a high-energy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for events, youth culture, and digital trends.
As an Events & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing on-ground brand activations across college campuses, building strong networks with college committees, and collaborating with vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
You will also work on building a community of student content creators & influencers, plan and execute digital campaigns, and identify rising talent across colleges to integrate them into our affiliate network.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-ground brand activations across college campuses, ensuring smooth campaign approvals and logistics.
- Build strong networks with college committees, cultural heads, event organizers, and student leaders to facilitate successful events.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage setups, tackle last-minute changes, and ensure event execution runs like clockwork.
- Engage directly with students and be the face of the brand during college events, fostering strong relationships and brand awareness.
- Work on building a community of student content creators & influencers, planning and executing digital campaigns to generate brand buzz.
- Identify rising talent across colleges and integrate them into our affiliate network, expanding our reach and influence.
- Prepare event wrap-up reports, capture feedback, track KPIs, and suggest improvements to enhance future event experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student with a strong passion for events, youth culture, and digital trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to build relationships with college committees, vendors, and student leaders.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, with the ability to create engaging content and execute digital campaigns.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (desired but not required).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools.
