Junior Executive - Customer Support

About the Role
In this role as a Junior Executive - Customer Support at VILVAH STORE PVT LTD, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with exceptional support. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer emails, phone calls, and social media messages, and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
You will be working closely with the customer support team to ensure that customer satisfaction is met, and that the company's customer support standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Provide product information and demos to customers as needed.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure that customer satisfaction is met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
- Identify and report any customer trends or issues to the management team.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer support skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
