About the Role

This Bookkeeper Accountant role at Creative Financial Staffing CFS involves managing financial transactions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including credit card and bank statements
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
• Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits
• Reconcile and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and laws, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• QuickBooks certification or experience with similar accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CA/CS/ICWA/CS/MAF/MCom/MBA(Finance) degree)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with financial statement analysis and budgeting
• Knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and compliance requirements
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
