About the Role

As a Public Accountant at vmysmartpros, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Your role will also involve maintaining financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, including preparing and analyzing financial models.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including income tax returns and sales tax returns.
• Perform financial analysis, including ratio analysis and trend analysis.
• Assist in financial planning and decision-making, including preparing financial reports and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
