About the Role

This role involves working closely with the management team at VNR Seeds to support the growth and development of the company's vegetable crop business. You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the business, including data analysis, marketing, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports and presentations

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Familiarity with agricultural marketing and nursery management practices
