About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive at Vtekis Consulting India Private Limited, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues via phone calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide top-notch customer service.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer queries, addressing concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chat support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product or service information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer support skills and product knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any degree from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new products and services quickly.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages.
