About the Role

As an Hr Recruiter at WAAYS LIVE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for identifying top talent for various business roles, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to ensure the best fit for our company's needs.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop job descriptions, and source potential candidates through various channels.

Your primary goal will be to attract, select, and hire the most suitable candidates for our organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent for various business roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to shortlist potential candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills, attitude, and fit for the company culture.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely completion of the process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness in the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong recruitment and screening skills, with the ability to identify top talent and assess candidate fit.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in recruitment and employment law.
  • Certifications in recruitment, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are a plus.
