About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales and marketing strategies, driving growth, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts.
• Train and develop sales and marketing team members, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to enhance skills and performance.
