About the Role
As an Inside Sales Associate at Wami Outsourcing Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer interactions.
You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
Day-to-day, you will spend most of your time on the phone, engaging with customers, responding to queries, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through telemarketing, email marketing, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
