About the Role

In this International Voice Process role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and providing excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will be working in a rotational shift, handling US night shifts, and will be required to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational week offs. The company provides a 2-way cab facility for commuting to the workplace.
