About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers through various channels, including in-store promotions, events, and digital marketing. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness and drive revenue through effective promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of promotional activities.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize promotional activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in promotional marketing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in sales or marketing, with a strong understanding of promotional marketing principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with market research tools and techniques, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
