About the Role

This Blended Process role at WebTech Software Solutions involves handling customer interactions via phone calls, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries, and providing excellent customer service. Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
  • Degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications).
  • International Call Center certification (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (as required).
