About the Role
This Blended Process role at WebTech Software Solutions involves handling customer interactions via phone calls, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries, and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for navigating multiple systems to resolve customer issues efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer calls, addressing their concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or supervisors for further assistance.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services.
- Meet or exceed customer service standards, including response times and resolution rates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
- Degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications).
- International Call Center certification (desirable but not mandatory).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (as required).
