About the Role

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop creative solutions.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools, such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- 1-2 years of experience in contract management, sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop strategies to win new contracts.
