About the Role
As an International Voice professional at WebTech Software Solutions, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone calls. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Support: Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone calls.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
- Degree in Any Field: A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English: Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
- Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
