About the Role
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our software solutions and services. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with information about our products and services.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously, and meeting daily/weekly targets. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in building rapport with customers and resolving any queries they may have.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote software solutions and services.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with information about our products and services.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for making calls and converting leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues they may have in a professional and timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and follow-up actions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of software solutions and services.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment.
