About the Role
As a Telesales/Telemarketing Executive at WebTech Software Solutions, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our software solutions. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, address their queries, and close sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote software solutions and address their queries.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized sales pitches.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and upselling/cross-selling software solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve sales performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to stay ahead in the sales game.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of software solutions and technology to understand customer needs.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (0-1 year of experience).
- Fluency in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi) for effective communication with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
