About the Role
In this Voice/Sales/BDE/Customer Support role at WebTech Software Solutions, you'll be interacting with customers via phone calls, resolving their queries, and providing them with the best possible solutions. Your primary focus will be on sales, ensuring that customers are satisfied with our products and services. You'll also be responsible for handling customer complaints and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling our products to existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to their needs and concerns.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or marketing preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in a call center environment and handle high-volume calls.
