About the Role
This Customer Support-broking Voice Process role is a key position in the stock broking services team, where you will be interacting with clients daily via phone calls to provide assistance and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries and resolve their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, and your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls related to stock broking services.

- Bachelor's degree in any field (freshers with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications are preferred)
- Basic knowledge of stock broking services and financial markets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
