About the Role

As an Education Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating education loans for students. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth loan processing experience.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Staying familiar with the underwriting criteria of partner banks, such as SBI, BOB, ICICI, Axis Bank, HDFC, etc.
• Screening education loan applications, advising students on documentation, and coordinating with bank staff for loan processing.
• Solving students' queries and providing timely support.
• Managing the loan process from eligibility to sanctioning.
