About the Role

As a Loan Officer at WeMakeScholars, you will be responsible for guiding students through the education loan process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of underwriting criteria and policies of partner banks.
• Review and screen education loan applications, guide students on required documentation, and coordinate with bank representatives.
• Address and resolve student queries in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee the complete loan lifecycle, from eligibility assessment through to final loan sanction.
