About the Role

As an Accountant at Winway Consultancy Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks and assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the unit. Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks using Tally software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in recording financial transactions.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the unit, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and providing support to the team.
• Use MS-Office tools, such as Excel, to analyze and present financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting principles and regulations, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial records.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Provide support to the management team in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using Tally ERP and MS-Excel.
• Excellent data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Knowledge of MS-Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
