About the Role

Wipro is hiring BE/B Tech/MCA Freshers for a Trainee role in Noida. The Trainee is responsible for configuring and testing Wipro's Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to meet the needs of client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Use proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the Wipro System as defined by analysis.
• Configure and test the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System.
• Take ownership and responsibility for all assigned work.
• Understand the organization's goals and objectives to deliver quality results.

What You'll Need

• B.E / B. Tech / MCA qualification (2025 Passed out only).
• Agreement to a 12-month Service Agreement.
• Flexibility to work shift timings from 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (9.5 hours shift).
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS, and Mainframes principles/concepts.
• Ability to write intermediate, simple, and complex SQL queries, and apply basic relational database concepts (table relationships, keys, SQL, and DB2 queries).
• Knowledge of system testing, software quality assurance best practices, and basic principles of automation testing.
• Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and understand relationships between components.
