Wipro New Off Campus Hiring:Wipro Limited seeks a talented Graduate Engineer Trainee to join its test team located in Gurugram and Noida. This position focuses on providing top-quality software testing solutions for challenging digitisation projects.

A Graduate Engineer Trainee assists in the development of test scenarios and the carrying out of testing tasks for platforms, products and solutions. The job guarantees the highest quality standards before client deployment.

## Key Responsibilities

• Know the requirements for testing and develop effective test scenarios for products and solutions.

• Create test plans that are detailed basing on business requirements and testable, identifiable conditions.

• Use the Model-Based Testing approaches to generate efficient test scenarios.

• Conduct a peer review of test cases to reduce the need for work

• Work with teams of developers to find, document test cases, and keep them using proper version control

• Determine testing criteria as well as the parameters, scope and other items that are out of scope.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Automate the lifecycle of test processes with VB macros or scheduling tools. GUI automation

• Implement and design automated frameworks, incorporating appropriate reporting mechanisms.

• Create and run automated tests through configuring the test environment, and creating test plans, scenarios, and even cases.

• Log defects that are clearly described, along with replication steps and the necessary details.

• Monitor and report on testing progress while observing bug issues

• Complete work within specified SLAs without slippages or rejections

• Release test status dashboards at the end of each test cycle to those who are involved

• Give feedback on the usability and quality of service, relating results to quality risk

• Keep accurate status reports and also update the test management tools

• Be sure to submit weekly status reports, as well as test execution reports and dashboard updates

• Accurately update projects’ efforts tracking systems

• Respond quickly to client inquiries while ensuring professional standards of communication

## Required Skills & Qualifications

• Engineering degrees that focus on Computer Science, IT, or other related areas

• A thorough understanding of Software testing principles and techniques

• Experience with the design and execution of test cases

• Experience with automated tools as well as scripting (VB macros, GUI automation)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. abilities

• Attention to detail, with focus on quality
