About the Role
Are you seeking a new career after completing your diploma? It is possible to find a career in the WILP Work-Integrated Learning Program (WILP) WE B.ET 2025 and 2026. FY’27 is a fantastic opportunity for those with a diploma who are eligible to start a full-time job as they pursue a sponsored B.Tech degree.
Responsibilities
Candidates selected will receive an organised training program, work on business projects, and then continue their studies in the sponsoring B.Tech program.
What You'll Need
- 10th Standard – Pass
- 12th Standard – Pass
- Full-time Diploma, with minimum marks of 50% (or 5.3 CGPA)
- Good communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Basic quantitative aptitude
- Ability to solve problems
- Willingness to study new techniques
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Professionalism
