About the Role
This Customer Service Executive role involves handling customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, resolving customer complaints, and escalating complex issues when required.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound/Outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Undergraduate degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
